The International Law Society organized a discussion on China's Belt and Road Initiative and challenges in implementing the policy. Speakers included Austin Pierce from Vinson & Elkins Houston office, Dr. Jackson Ewing from the Nicholas Institute of Environmental Policy and Sanford School of Public Policy, and Dr. Shitong Qiao from Duke Law.
