Seeking to foster leadership sensibilities beyond the U.S. political scene, the Duke Center for International & Global Studies (DUCIGS), Polis: Center for Politics and the International House (IHouse) jointly developed the Global Political Perspectives Series - a program that highlights and celebrates the wisdom of students with unique international political perspectives. The series originated in 2017 and has featured four discussions on overseas politics viz Argentinian, Egyptian, Brazilian, and Indian politics. The student discussion is moderated by Dr. Giovanni Zanalda, Director of Duke's Center for International and Global Studies.
