The Duke Islamic Studies Center (DISC) is a community of scholars and students engaged in teaching, learning and research about Islam and Muslims.

DISC offers an undergraduate certificate in Islamic studies and hosts a range of scholarly events throughout the academic year.

Taking a cross-cultural approach to Islamic studies, DISC aims to encourage creative solutions to the economic, political and social challenges involving Muslims.
